{"id":39582,"date":"2026-09-08T17:46:43","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T15:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bisbalpenedes.com\/web\/?p=39582"},"modified":"2026-09-08T20:00:08","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T18:00:08","slug":"restriccions-alerta-inuncat-8-setembre-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bisbalpenedes.com\/web\/2026\/09\/08\/restriccions-alerta-inuncat-8-setembre-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Restriccions al Baix Pened\u00e8s aquest dimecres 9 de setembre per l\u2019alerta INUNCAT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Generalitat de Catalunya ha establert diverses restriccions per a aquest&nbsp;<strong>dimecres 9 de setembre, de les 7 a les 17 h<\/strong>, davant la previsi\u00f3 de pluges intenses i en el marc de l\u2019alerta del Pla especial d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncies per inundacions de Catalunya (INUNCAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mesures s\u2019han establert mitjan\u00e7ant la&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bisbalpenedes.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/RESOLUCIO\u0301-RESTRICCIONS-PLA-INUNCAT-8-9-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resoluci\u00f3 ISP\/3175\/2026, de 8 de setembre<\/a><\/strong>, i afecten les comarques del&nbsp;<strong>Baix Llobregat, Vall\u00e8s Occidental, Garraf, Baix Pened\u00e8s i Alt Pened\u00e8s<\/strong>&nbsp;i, per tant, tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 a la Bisbal del Pened\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Protecci\u00f3 Civil tamb\u00e9 ha enviat un&nbsp;<strong>missatge ES-Alert als tel\u00e8fons m\u00f2bils de les zones afectades<\/strong>&nbsp;per informar la poblaci\u00f3 de les restriccions i de les mesures de precauci\u00f3 que cal seguir davant l\u2019episodi de pluges intenses. El sistema ES-Alert permet enviar avisos urgents als dispositius m\u00f2bils de les persones que es troben dins d\u2019una zona afectada per una emerg\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant aquesta franja hor\u00e0ria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Se susp\u00e8n l\u2019activitat educativa, esportiva a l\u2019exterior i universit\u00e0ria.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Se suspenen els serveis socials b\u00e0sics i especialitzats<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com l\u2019activitat sanit\u00e0ria que no sigui essencial ni urgent.<\/li><li>Cal&nbsp;<strong>evitar els despla\u00e7aments que no siguin imprescindibles<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Cal&nbsp;<strong>aplicar el teletreball sempre que sigui possible<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes restriccions se sumen als avisos meteorol\u00f2gics emesos pel Servei Meteorol\u00f2gic de Catalunya per aquest dimecres 9 de setembre. El sistema ES-Alert permite enviar avisos urgentes a los dispositivos m\u00f3viles de las personas que se encuentran dentro de una zona afectada por una emergencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante esta franja horaria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Se suspende la actividad educativa, deportiva al aire libre y universitaria.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Se suspenden los servicios sociales b\u00e1sicos y especializados<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la actividad sanitaria que no sea esencial ni urgente.<\/li><li>Hay que&nbsp;<strong>evitar los desplazamientos que no sean imprescindibles<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Hay que&nbsp;<strong>aplicar el teletrabajo siempre que sea posible<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas restricciones se suman a los avisos meteorol\u00f3gicos emitidos por el Servei Meteorol\u00f2gic de Catalunya para este mi\u00e9rcoles 9 de septiembre.
